New Ismailia City

A new city on the Sinai side of the Suez Canal, planned as the extension of Ismailia. The first phase covers 35,000 apartments. The second phase adds 57,000 housing units, government offices, a governorate headquarters, a security directorate, beach clubs and parkland.

The site covers 2,157 acres along 11.3 km of the canal. The programme also includes 620 semi-detached villas, 373 detached villas, health and social facilities and an armed forces sports club.
