A national housing project on 11 feddans: 25 residential buildings of 12 floors, each floor with four 90 m² apartments. 32 units are adapted for residents with special needs.
The project includes a 1,100 m³ water tank, sewerage, rainwater and fire networks, and four wells for irrigation.
